Chanapha Residence offers three accommodation types on a property with only 4 guest apartments. The Jasmine Bungalow is a detached garden bungalow with a large bedroom, en-suite bathroom, and a separate lounge room with a large TV and mini fridge. The Orchid Suites are single room apartments with a large private balcony overlooking the gardens and mountains, while the Lotus Family House provides 2 full size bedrooms, 2 en-suite bathrooms, and a separate lounge room opening to a large furnished balcony.

The on-site restaurant and bar serves a full menu of Western and Thai food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Guests can order breakfast in the room, and the restaurant also offers kids' meals and special diet menus upon request. The coffee house on site provides additional beverages and snacks throughout the day.
